We are excited to announce that the Boston City Council has passed ‘AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH SYSTEMS FOR TRACKING VACANT COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF BOSTON’.

This has been a long process stemming from VOL members and community participation to push the city to take action to ensure there is data available so we can have the much needed conversations we need to about gentrification, displacement and vacancy in our city.

We invite you to read the resolution and stay tuned for more
